– Technical data — basic browser and device information needed for the service to function
– Cookies— minimal session cookies to maintain your order during checkout
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics that profile users beyond what is needed for service delivery and basic site analytics.

– Process your photos and produce your video
– Deliver the finished video to your email
– Communicate about your order, including confirmations and revisions

– Email and order metadata: kept as long as needed for customer support, accounting, and legal compliance
– Payment records: retained per Stripe’s policies and applicable tax law

11. AI Processing Disclosure
Your photos are processed by AI services to:
– Generate captions describing what is visible in each image
– Generate narration text framing your story
– Synthesize voice narration
– Animate photos into video clips
We do not use your photos to train AI models. Photos are used only for producing your specific video.
